Build My Talent SE WI brings employers together with State officials from the Department of Workforce Development, the insurance industry and current businesses and students who are working together, to demonstrate how easy it is to build their own talent through Youth Apprenticeship.
LBA & RKBA leadership, area high school educators, representatives from Gateway Technical College and others, are all working to find ways to grow the number of business partners training the future building industry workforce and filling their own talent pipeline.

Students attending the Build My Future event in the fall has turned into increased enrollment in construction classes, leading to a current need for on-the-job training.

Our goal is to bring construction business partners together to provide the following information:
-
Overview of Youth Apprenticeship
-
Insurance / Liability Information
-
